Social Networking, Real Life Networking, EP released in Sheffield shop, New Reviews and Video

Video News

Aonia have had the first cut through of our upcoming video to ‘Gift of the Curse’ and it’s looking fantastic! There are a few edits to be made but the final version should be available on YouTube within the next month.

First release in shops

Also, our EP, ‘City of Shadows’ is due for its first release in a shop! New Sheffield shop ‘Balance’. This awesome shop stocks art, music and more from independent artists in the Sheffield area. Their grand opening is next week so come on down and check it out! ‘City of Shadows’ is also in the shop’s jukebox. If you don’t live near Sheffield but prefer hard copy, you can still purchase the EP from our official retailer, Paradise Pretty. The EP is still available for download from:

CDBaby
iTunes
Amazon music
Play.com
Or, directly through Facebook.

Social Networking

Vocalist Mel has also started a Tumblr to comment upon life as a female vocalist in a metal band – her blog (looking sparse at the moment!) can be found here.

Of course, you can still find the band all over the Internet –

Facebook
Twitter
LinkedIn
SoundCloud
YouTube
Reverbnation
MySpace

Real Life Networking

Vocalist Mel had the opportunity to attend Bonecrusher Fest this week with Valkyrian Music and had the opportunity to interview Betraying the Martyrs, Within the Ruins and Carnifex with Valkkyrian Music’s editor, Nico Davidson. She also had her first foray into gig photography and met some fantastic folks.

Reviews

Reviews of our EP and of the EP release party are also available from Alternative Voice. A collection of reviews can be found on our Reverbnation site.

That’s all from us for now – until next time, keep it metal!
